We use only organic ingredients, sourced as locally as possible.
Our sourdough starter, Antje, works in harmony with select flours, pure crystalline water, and Himalayan salt to create bread that is as nourishing as it is flavorful.
Long fermentation unlocks depth of taste and gut-friendly benefits, proving that the simplest ingredients when given time and care, can create something truly extraordinary.
