Apfelstrudel is a pastry/sweet meal popular in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is usually topped with powdered sugar served slightly warm. Perfect companions are Vanilla source (Creme Anglaise) or Vanilla Ice cream.

Apfelstrudel
Your Strudel comes in an aluminum tray, which you can use to warm up your strudel. Warm it up between 200 and 300 F depending on if you like it just a little bit warm or more crispy. Check along the way and remove it when the strudel has reached your preferred temperature or cispyness.
