In my region we call the Pretzel "Brezen". This one is made in a traditional way with sourdough and a small yeast component. In Germany we eat it practically all day. For breakfast and Brotzeit. With butter, cheese, cheese spread, sausages or just pure without anythingl. It's just delicious and everybody loves it. I'm using only organic and basic ingredients. The Pretzel is also long fermented and because of that extremly flavorful and gut-friendly.

 

We offer a regular size and a giant Bavarian Beergarden Pretzel.

 

INGREDIENTS:

Organic Wheat Flour, "Antje" our sourdough starter, Water, Butter, Salt, Sugar, homemade Malt and a little bit of yeast.
