Our organic Artisan European Sourdough bread and pastries are extraordinary because:

There is no accurate way to describe the combination of a crisp crust and the chewy interior other than they are simply magical! The bread provides a longer shelf life, just in case you're not eating your whole loaf of bread right away. The darker, caramelized crusts ensure that you can enjoy an even tastier loaf.

Every loaf of bread is shaped by hand, that's why every loaf and every piece of pastry is a unique piece of art made with love.

 

The long fermentation breaks down complex carbohydrates and gluten, making sourdough easier to digest. We heard over and over, that people who had issues eating other bread feel great when they eat the Bianca Cavandi Bread and enjoy it like no other. That's why especially the individuals, who feel uncomfortable after eating store-bought bread, should give this bread a trial.

Our Sourdough Products Menu

The menu is rotating based on the availability of grains, flour, and seasonal ingredients.  We usually offer a selection of our menu at the Serenbe Farmers Market from March to the End of October and after pre-ordering for pickup at our Baking Studio.
